With more than 25 years of dedicated service in the disability services field, Angela Henderson brings a comprehensive understanding of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with dual diagnoses. Her career began as a Direct Support Professional and has evolved through progressive leadership roles that have shaped her expertise across service delivery, workforce development, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and organizational leadership.
Angela’s extensive frontline and management-level experience provides a unique vantage point into organizational dynamics at every level. This perspective enables her to deliver strategic, engaging, and measurable training and consultation services—driving workforce excellence, strengthening compliance frameworks, and ultimately enhancing the quality and integrity of services for the individuals we serve.
